How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?

What if my flight is delayed?

Do not worry — we track every flight in real-time using live aviation data. Your driver will adjust their arrival time based on your actual landing time. There is no extra charge for flight delays, even if the wait extends several hours. This is one of the biggest advantages of a pre-booked transfer versus hailing a taxi on arrival.

Can I book a transfer for a city-to-city trip (not from an airport)?

Are child seats available?

Yes, child seats and booster seats are complimentary at all our destinations. Simply select the option when booking and specify the age and weight of each child. We provide rear-facing (0-15 kg), forward-facing (15-25 kg), and booster seats (22-36 kg). All seats meet EU safety standards.

What vehicles do you use?

Our fleet varies by location but typically includes: Sedan — Toyota Corolla, Skoda Octavia, or similar; Minivan — Mercedes Vito, VW Transporter, or similar (6-7 seats); VIP — Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, or Vito VIP with leather interior; Minibus — Mercedes Sprinter or similar (up to 14 seats). All vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking, insured, and regularly maintained. In Finland during winter, all vehicles are equipped with studded winter tires as required by law.

Can I pay in my own currency?

You can pay online in USD, EUR, or GBP when booking — the price is locked at the time of reservation. If paying the driver directly, they accept local currency (Turkish Lira, Euro, Czech Koruna, Croatian Kuna) and most credit cards. Exchange rates for cash payments are set daily at competitive rates. Do you offer transfers for cruise ship passengers?

Yes, we provide port transfers in Istanbul (Galataport and Pendik cruise terminal), Bodrum, Kusadasi, Dubrovnik (Gruz Port), and Split. What is included in the transfer price?

All our transfer prices include: the vehicle and professional English-speaking driver, flight monitoring and tracking, meet-and-greet with name board at arrivals, luggage assistance, all tolls and parking fees, free waiting time (60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for hotel pickups), and complimentary water bottles. VIP transfers additionally include premium refreshments, meet inside the terminal, and priority assistance. There are no hidden fees.

Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated. In Turkey, rounding up or adding 10% is customary for good service. In European countries, tipping culture varies — a few euros for the driver is a kind gesture. Our drivers will never ask for a tip.

What about transfers to hotels in remote locations?

We handle transfers to remote locations regularly — from mountain lodges in Cappadocia to Arctic wilderness cabins in Finnish Lapland. For very remote locations, we may need to use 4x4 vehicles (especially in winter conditions in Finland or on unpaved mountain roads in eastern Turkey). Just provide the accommodation name and address, and we will sort out the logistics and quote accordingly.
