Arrival in Istanbul — Connecting Flight to Tarsus
Arrival at Istanbul Airport, where you are met and assisted by our representative, and connecting domestic flight to the south. Transfer to your hotel in Tarsus, the birthplace of the Apostle Paul. Overnight in Tarsus.

The Feast of Saint Paul — Tarsus
On the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul we attend the Holy Mass celebrated in honour of Saint Paul in his native city. We visit Saint Paul's Church and Saint Paul's Well, Cleopatra's Gate and the ancient Roman Road. Overnight in Tarsus.

Tarsus — Mersin — Antioch (Hatay)
We travel to Antioch, where the followers of Jesus were first called Christians, visiting the cave Church of Saint Peter and the Hatay Archaeology Museum. Returning through Mersin we visit the Church of St. Anthony of Padua and the Mersin Orthodox Church. Overnight in Mersin.

We drive north through the dramatic passes of the Taurus Mountains to Cappadocia, a land of fairy chimneys and a heartland of early Christian monasticism. Overnight in Cappadocia.

We explore the Goreme Open-Air Museum, the Pasabagi and Zelve valleys, the Derinkuyu Underground City and the Ihlara Valley. A farewell dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

Flight to Izmir, the ancient city of Smyrna - one of the Seven Churches of the Book of Revelation and the city of the martyr Saint Polycarp. Overnight in Izmir.

We explore Ephesus, where Saint Paul preached and to whose community he wrote his Letter to the Ephesians. We visit the House of the Virgin Mary and continue to Pergamon, another of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Overnight in Izmir.
