After breakfast at the hotel, join our guided tour to the historic sites of Istanbul. Visit the Hippodrome, an ancient chariot racing stadium, the magnificent Topkapi Palace which served as the main residence of Ottoman sultans, the architectural marvel of St. Sophia (Hagia Sophia), the stunning Blue Mosque with its six minarets, and the Grand Bazaar, one of the world's oldest and largest covered markets. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
Following breakfast, your tour begins with a visit to the colorful and aromatic Spice Bazaar. Then enjoy a Bosphorus Cruise on a shared boat, sailing along the waterway separating Europe and Asia, with beautiful views of Ottoman palaces, wooden villas, and impressive fortresses. In the afternoon, cross over the Bosphorus Bridge to the Asian side of Istanbul and visit Camlica Hill for panoramic views of the city. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, we'll pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the public boat from Istanbul to the Princes Islands, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, enjoy an electric car tour of the island, admiring the beautiful Ottoman wooden houses mostly from the 19th century. The island, formerly called Prinkipo (meaning "Princes"), offers fresh air from the pine trees on the slopes of the hills. After the guided tour, enjoy about an hour of free time to stroll along the Marmara Sea, taste famous ice cream, delicious Lokma dessert, or simply relax with a Turkish coffee or tea at a local cafe. After your free time, meet your guide at a designated point near the pier for the boat ride back to Istanbul. Transfer back to your hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, the rest of the day is free at leisure until your departure transfer to the airport for your next destination.
